How To Set Record Level Permissions

- They created the record.
- They are a master admin.
- They are given specific permission to access the record on the Record Permissions Tab in the record workspace.
- They created the record.

- They are given specific permission to modify the view only record on the Record Permissions Tab in the record workspace.
Every record workspace in Argenta has a Record Permissions Tab.
You can give any user access to records marked as Locked (locked records).
- Switch to the Record Permissions tab.
- In the Locked Record Access section on the right side, start typing the user's name in the Add User box and choose them from the list.
- Click the Add button.
- You will see the user in the list.
You can give any user access to modify or delete records marked as View Only.
- Switch to the Record Permissions tab.
- In the View Only Access section on the left side, start typing the user's name in the Add User box and choose them from the list.
- Click the Add button.
- You will see the user in the list.
To remove a user's record level permissions, whether for Locked Records or View Only Records, simply click the corresponding remove icon in the list.
