Add Volunteer Tasks To A Public Calendar

Did you know your volunteer tasks can be displayed publicly to your volunteers? Volunteers can sign up for tasks if they're added to your public calendar. This article explains how to flag a volunteer task to display publicly.

To get started, select Volunteerism > Volunteer Tasks - from the Argenta main menu on the left side of the screen.

This will show you all your volunteer tasks. Here you will need to find the task that you wish to display on your calendar. To open the task, click the green open icon in its first column.

You'll see a check box at the top of the task detail screen titled: "Display On Public Calendar"

Check the box to display it on the public volunteer calendar.

Display On Public Calendar sits at the top of the task, beside the record permission switches.

This will add the task to your volunteer calendar.
