Where to find the Program List

The Program List is your central hub for viewing and managing all programs in Argenta.

Navigation Path

From the main menu, navigate to: Programs > Program List

What You Will Find

• Search: Find programs by name using the search box
• Filter: Click Filter List to narrow results by status, type, category, department, and more
• Add New: Create new programs with the Add New button
• Export: Download the list to Excel
• Sort: Arrange the list by name, date, budget, or organizational unit

List Display

Each program row shows:

• Program ID and Name
• Status and Funding Status
• Start and End Dates
• Budget
• Type and Category
• Assigned Team Member
• Chapter, Division, Department (if applicable)

Quick Actions

• Click the arrow icon to open a program
• Click the X icon to delete a program
• A lock icon indicates a locked record
