Where to find the Auction List

The Auction List is where you manage all your organization's auctions.

Navigation Path

From the main menu: Fundraising > Auctions

What You Will Find

• Search: Find auctions by title
• Filter: Narrow by status, type, category, date range
• Add New: Create a new auction
• Export: Download the list to Excel

List Information

Each auction row displays:

• Auction ID and Title
• Status
• Start and End Dates/Times
• Type and Category
• Assigned Team Member

Quick Actions

• Click the arrow icon to open the auction workspace
• Click the X icon to delete an auction
