How to Track Staff and Volunteer Evaluations
Staff and Volunteer Evaluations in Argenta help you track performance reviews, feedback, and assessments. Document evaluations to maintain HR records and support professional development.
What Evaluations Track
- Annual performance reviews
- Quarterly check-ins
- Volunteer assessments
- Probationary period reviews
- Skills assessments
Accessing Evaluations
From a person's record:
- Open the Staff Member or Volunteer record
- Look for the Evaluations tab
- View all evaluations for that person
Creating an Evaluation
- Navigate to the Evaluations tab on the person's record
- Click Add New
- Select the Evaluation Type
- Enter the Evaluation Date
- Select the Evaluator (who conducted the review)
- Enter ratings or scores if using a structured format
- Add narrative feedback in the description/notes
- Attach any supporting documents (review forms, etc.)
- Save the evaluation
